Texas Wildlife Association is committed to the conservation of natural resources on private landscapes through the continued education of private landowners. Together with partners such Plateau Land and Wildlife, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and more, we are administering a series of workshops around the state to face conservation challenges. From plant ID field days to wetland ecosystem restoration, these workshops will cover a variety of ecoregions and topics.
Our intensive workshops will teach landowners how to evaluate their property and offer insights into wildlife management options such as cost-share programs and restoration techniques. These workshops will also connect landowners with local professionals who can walk alongside them as they steward and learn their property. Join us as we paint a more complete picture of land stewardship in Texas by equipping landowners with the tools necessary to restore and enhance their properties.
Brush and pasture Management

This workshop will focus on the management of forested acres in East Texas and will feature partners from Texas Forestry Association, Conservation Equity Partners, Habitat Select Nursery, Plateau land and Wildlife Management, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, and The Texas Longleaf Team.
