TWA Announces Kristin Parma as New Engagement Coordinator

February 1st, 2022

New Braunfels, TX-

The Texas Wildlife Association is excited to announce the hire of Kristin Parma as the new Engagement Coordinator. Kristin is the former Membership Coordinator for the organization and continues to support its programs and partnership programs as a certified Huntmaster, Texas Hunter Education Instructor, and South Texas Bobwhite Brigade President. As Engagement Coordinator, Kristin will lead TWA’s member engagement efforts by planning and executing events around the state, coordinating social media efforts, and a number of other communication-related items for the organization. Her passion for membership engagement, hunting heritage, and wild food will continue to propel the mission of TWA forward in this new role.

A passionate outdoorswoman and conservationist, Kristin appreciates that TWA’s programs afford her the opportunity to share Texas’ rich hunting heritage afield on private lands with others, in particular ladies. Fostering a connection between the land and sustainable eating practices through creative wild game cooking is at the heart of her personal outreach efforts. Most recently, Kristin has fallen in love with fly fishing around the state and beyond its borders. In her spare time, she also enjoys competing in dog sports with her two Collies and German Shorthaired Pointers. Kristin looks forward to engaging folks through TWA’s bi-weekly Wildlife Wire e-newsletter in addition to collaborating with its dedicated members and staff on fundraising events across Texas to continue to forward the TWA mission.
