This episode of Wild at Work will feature guest speaker Dr. Sandra Leyendecker of the Texas Animal Health Commission.

Dr. Leyendecker will provide a background on the threat of the New World Screwworm to livestock and wildlife, an update on TAHC’s actions in response to recent outbreaks of the pest in Mexico, and what Texas landowners can do to protect themselves from potential infestations in the U.S.
